Your organization has the flexibility to decide the date you want to commence the staff training and launch activities. Simply pick a week that suits your clinic’s schedule and communicate that to us so that we may add it to our schedule.
All activities will then kick off on the first Monday of your chosen week, unfolding as planned day by day. This ensures a systematic approach tailored to your clinic’s preferences and readiness.
Below you will find an outline of activities that are planned for your chosen week, beginning with Monday.

At the beginning of the week, we will send all EMRX users a message letting them know that they can start their EMRX training on the training website.

Through the week, staff can watch short training videos on our website. Each video is just a few minutes long. Even though the total training is less than 90 minutes, staff can spread it out and watch whenever they're free.

We provide all staff access to a test server during the week. This lets everyone try out EMRX 2.0 and get used to it before the official launch.

We'll host two Zoom calls during the week for any questions staff might have. While joining is not mandatory, we suggest that everyone attend at least one session, preferably on Wednesday or Thursday.

Second of two scheduled zoom sessions where staff may ask any questions they have, and hear the answers to questions that colleagues have. We recommend that everyone attend at least one of these zoom sessions.

Once the training is finished, staff should take a short online test. This helps us make sure everyone is ready and knows how to use EMRX 2.0 well. This assessment test can be taken at any time after a staff member has finished the training sessions. All staff must have the test completed by Friday.

Over the weekend we will update your live EMRX system to EMRXL (version 2.0). Beginning Monday morning staff can start using all the new features and improvements.
